Parrivo is an online vocabulary, reading, writing, review, and quiz practice service for students and families.

Students should use Parrivo with permission from a parent, guardian, school, or authorized adult when required.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child created an account without proper permission, contact us at [email protected].
Schools or organizations may have additional written data terms if they use Parrivo with groups.

Parrivo collects information needed to create accounts, provide learning activities, secure the service, and support subscriptions.

Account details such as email, username, display name, avatar, grade level, account status, and password credentials when email signup is used.
Learning data such as enrolled units, completed activities, XP, streaks, quiz attempts, answers, writing responses, drafts, and progress.
Technical data such as device/browser information, IP address, session data, client error reports, security events, and support messages.

If you use Continue with Google, Parrivo uses Google Identity Services to verify your account and create or connect your Parrivo account.

We may receive your Google account subject identifier, email address, email verification status, name, and profile image if Google provides it.
We use the Google subject identifier as the stable login ID and may store it with your Parrivo user record.
Parrivo does not store a Google access token and does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Classroom, or other Google APIs for this login feature.

We use information to operate Parrivo and improve the learning experience.

Provide vocabulary, spelling, reading, writing, review games, assessments, progress tracking, and account access.
Personalize grade-level practice, remember learning state, detect account issues, and respond to support requests.
Protect accounts, prevent abuse, debug errors, maintain service reliability, process subscriptions, and communicate about account or service changes.

Students may submit answers, sentences, writing responses, quiz responses, and comments while using Parrivo.

Student content is processed to provide feedback, scoring, moderation, progress tracking, and product support.
Students should not submit private personal details, payment information, passwords, addresses, phone numbers, or sensitive information in learning responses.
Some comment or writing areas may be moderated, restricted, hidden, featured, or removed to protect users and service quality.

Parrivo uses Stripe for hosted checkout, subscription management, billing portal sessions, invoices, and payment processing.

Parrivo does not store full card numbers. Stripe handles payment details under its own terms and privacy practices.
We may store Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan status, renewal status, cancellation status, invoice metadata, and billing event records.
Billing support requests may include account email, plan, subscription status, and transaction context.

Parrivo uses browser storage and security tools to keep the service working reliably.

Local storage may keep student session tokens, selected settings, learning drafts, and app state on the device.
Cloudflare may provide hosting, security, traffic protection, and Turnstile checks used to reduce automated abuse.
Google Identity Services, Cloudflare, and Stripe may receive technical information when their services are used.

We do not sell student personal information. We share information only as needed to operate Parrivo, comply with law, or protect the service.

Service providers may process data for hosting, authentication, payments, email/support, security, monitoring, and analytics or reliability.
We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users, Parrivo, or the public.
We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising and do not transfer it for unrelated third-party marketing.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and learning information.

Account, learning, and billing records are kept while needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
Security logs, sessions, backups, and support records may be retained for a limited period after account closure where operationally or legally necessary.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].

Parents, guardians, and account holders can contact Parrivo about account information and student learning records.

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, account closure, Google sign-in unlinking, or subscription-related privacy help.
Include the account email and enough detail for us to verify the request before making account changes.
Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate operational needs.

We may update this policy as Parrivo changes, including when we add account, billing, learning, or security features.

The updated date at the top shows when this policy last changed.
Material changes may be communicated in-product, by email, or through the website.
Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies, subject to applicable law.
